  • Fillet of Sole with Shrimps

    Filete de Lenguados con Gambas  Ingredients

    • * Salt.
    • * Pepper.
    • * Garlic.
    • * Parsley.
    • * Cooked Egg.
    • * 6 fillets de Sole 400 grams.
    • * Shrimps, 200 grams.

    Method

    Season the sole fillets with salt and lemon. Mash the shrimp, egg, garlic, parsley and pepper, adding a little salt to taste. Then take the fillets and place them on the mixture. Cover the fillets with flour and egg and fry in olive oil.
