Desalt the cod, overnight in water. Mushrooms are sautéed with onion, some garlic and pepper. Add the double cream and salt.
The prawns are sautéed with the remaining garlic..
Cut the cod into pieces (two per person) and dipp in flour, egg and sesame. They are then fried in olive oil and set aside.
We present the dish, placing the crispy cod on a bed of mushrooms accompanied by 3 sauteed prawns. Garnish with a sprig of parsley.
