We try to provide the best service by cleaning, filleting and deboning of all types of fish, so that cooking can be done hassle free.
We also have the necessary equipment so that we can package or vacuum pack in order to preserve and retain color and taste and make it easier for storage in the fridge or freezer.
For this task we have qualified personnel who help us and demonstrate their professionalism every day. We also make home deliveries to different parts of the island effectively and quickly. Our qualified staff help us with this task and to demonstrate our professionalism. We also deliver to different parts of the island both effectively and quickly. We have 22 stalls within the Olivar Market divided into 5 different sections. At each section we sell different products so that we can offer a wide range of high quality products and speialities. 
We have the Certificate of Excellent Trade on all our stalls and we try to improve day by day in the treatment and service to our customers and by getting the best fish as cheaply as possible and of the highest quality.
